1. Which nights do you operate?

We try to operate most nights. As we are a small family business, our tour has a minimum capacity in order to make it worthwhile. We thank you for your understanding during these situations. We also avoid some nights where there are big events in the City causing traffic jams, including the night of the River Fire, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.

2. How do I make a reservation?

Simply click on the "Book Now" button, call 0466 366 408, or e-mail us on yourguide@brisbanelightstours.com.

3. When and where will I be picked up?

Simply choose from our list of more than 60 locations and pick up time will be advised when you book your tour. We are able to pick up from most inner city accommodations. At conclusion of your tour you are returned to your city hotel or a city location of your choice. 

4. What should I bring?

A camera for those spectacular night time shots, warm clothes in winter as it can get fairly cool on Mt Coot-tha and during the CityCat cruise, money for drinks and souvenirs.

5. What if it rains?

If it drizzles the tour will go on. Your guide will do his best to make your night memorable. However, if the weather prognosis is for heavy rains and/or we consider the visibility from Mt Coot-tha to be poor we will discourage the tour to run.

6. I am vegetarian/gluten free. Do you have any suitable meals?

Kuta Café on Mt Coot-tha caters for vegetarians/gluten free diets. Please refer to Dinner Page for further information.

7. Do you cater for children?

Yes. Kuta Café on Mt Coot-tha offers menu choices for children under the age of 12. Please refer to Dinner Page for further information.

8. Is there a dress code?

We would recommend casual wear. 

9. Is the tour wheelchair friendly?

Our bus is not equipped for wheelchairs. However, if you are able to make your way into the bus and sit on the seat  your guide will store your wheelchair in the bus. The attractions are wheelchair friendly so you can use your wheelchair whenever you are not on the bus.

10. What if I am ill and can't go on my booked night?

Please telephone 0466 366 408 to reschedule or cancel as soon as possible. Please note cancellation fee may apply.
